We are excited to have you participate in our next cohort of the Accelerate Institute. It is our goal to drive your personal and career development through this comprehensive leadership development program.
The Accelerate Institute includes four training days broken up into three learning modules with breaks in between. We schedule a 30-minute break in the morning and a 60-minute lunch break. Our day starts at 9:00 AM Central Time and wraps at 3:30 PM Central Time. The tentative schedule for each of the training days is as follows:
Session 1: 9:00 AM - 10: 30 AM
Session 2: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Lunch: 12:30 PM -1:30 PM
Session 3: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Additionally, the course includes four 60-minute Community of Practice reinforcement events (one per month). All events will take place virtually utilizing Zoom as the delivery platform.
Our first interactive component will be a 60-minute orientation session that is scheduled for 4:00 PM (CT) on Wednesday, January 25, 2025 via Zoom. You will get emails the week of Orientation with the link to join the session. Your direct supervisor is also invited to join us to learn more about their role in this development opportunity.
